  • freshly prepared meal delivery

Here’s how we get started:
1. Evaluation by a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist

First, we have to see what’s going on! Take a deep breath and let us do our mechanic thing. We’ll take a peek under the hood and get an understanding of your current lifestyle, habits, fitness training level and any illness or injury. Then, we’d love to have an honest conversation about limiting factors, if any, which may be blocking your road to success.

2. Setting goals

We have to establish your goals to make them happen. Makes sense, no? Once we know our destination, let’s prepare for the journey with a well thought-out Fitness and Nutrition plan. Is there a certain amount of weight you wish to lose? Are you struggling with low energy, high blood sugar or heart disease? Do you want to fit into your favorite jeans again or have a special event coming up? A LifeBoost Specialist will work with you to formulate your health goals and create benchmarks for reaching them.

3. Choose your menu

Select your breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner options from our delivery menu. Our delicious and nutrient-rich prepared meals have been specially designed for their portion size and balance of carbohydrates, fats, and protein. Once chosen, fresh meals will be delivered to your home once or twice per week depending on how aggressively you decide to meet your target goals.

4. Choose your fitness package & schedule

Realizing your ultimate health potential requires a consistent combination of good nutrition, physical activity, and relaxation. Once your evaluation and goals have been established, your Certified Personal LifeBoost Trainer will create your Fitness Plan. Next thing you know, you’re off and running! Our trainers will bring everything you’ll need to your home for a complete and total workout. Our motivating In-home LifeBoost Training Sessions draw upon sub-specialties such as fencing, boxing, yoga, swimming, and ball/band work. These sessions will not only push you, but will keep you inspired and strong.
